Data controller
Redwick Family Finance is the data controller for personal data submitted via networkgenie.digital. Contact us at hello@networkgenie.digital or 8547 Tillman Glens, Nolan Gardens, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or newsletter signup we may process your name, email address, preferred meeting window, consultation interest, and the content of your message. Server logs may record IP address and browser type for security. Cookie data is described in our cookies policy.
Purposes and lawful bases
We process enquiry data to respond to your request and, where you proceed, to deliver advisory work (legitimate interests and/or contract). Newsletter emails are sent with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become clients are retained for up to 18 months, then deleted or anonymised. Client files for completed consultations are retained for as long as required by professional and regulatory obligations — typically at least six years after the engagement ends — then securely destroyed.
Your rights
Depending on applicable UK data protection law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise rights, email hello@networkgenie.digital.
International transfers
We primarily store and process data within the United Kingdom. If a provider processes data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses where required.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who support email, hosting, or (with your knowledge) professionals such as solicitors you ask us to coordinate with. We do not share data for unrelated marketing.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online transmission is completely secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive financial account numbers through the general contact form.
